This is the new Infinite CLT rebuildable dripper. It has a rounded dome inside that helps concentrate flavor, a decently deep juice well, and plenty of holes for a wide variety of setups. Currently, I use it as a flavor build. The horizontal long air hole can be adjusted to let any amount of air in. Both cloud chasers and flavor heads will find this useful. Another opening is on the opposite side for dual builds. The heat dissipating fins on the body and tip keep this plenty cool.
